This 2-bedroom, contemporarily furnished apartment has several sets of double-paned windows that allow in natural sunlight. There are wooden floors throughout the apartment. In the open kitchen, you will find everything you need for easy living, including a stainless steel fridge, stove and microwave, ample cabinet space along with dishwasher for your convenience. Right off the kitchen is an open dining area with a dining room table. For nights spent inside, next to the dining area is an open living room where you can relax and watch television (cable access is available). Though this apartment is in Little Italy, there is nothing little about this section of Manhattan as there are plenty of things to do! Come learn about some history! You can visit the popular Tenement Museum, Italian American Museum and Museum of Chinese in America, all in the area. If you're into contemporary art then check out the New Museum Of Chinese In America and Storefront for Art and Architecture, or one of the many art galleries that dot the SoHo landscape.
You'll find Italian restaurants galore in Little Italy. You can wine and dine at popular spots including Da Dennaro, Da Nico, II Palazzo Italian Restaurant, and Angelo's off Mulberry Street all less than a block away. Just two to three blocks away you can purchase food to cook from food markets such as Despana Brand Foods or Essex Street Super and Deluxe Food Market. There's even a Starbucks right off the corner of Canal Street / Broadway for your daily caffeine fix.
SoHo is the place for nightlife! Listen and dance to some great tunes at the Southside or Gold Bar. This two bedroom apartment puts you in a lively part of NYC with great access to the rest of Manhattan.

The apartment should be furnished better: the sofa was in poor condition as also the beds. The property in general is ok purely because it is in New York and space is so expensive; nonetheless with little more investment the property would be well above merely "basic" |
