This one bedroom apartment for rent is located on West 135th Street & Broadway in Harlem, New York City. Included in this apartment are a private front porch area and shared terrace, as well as a private washer and dryer. For privacy assurance and convenient guest entry, a buzzer/intercom system is in place.

Please note: The owner's apartment is situated below this one bedroom unit, and connect via a stairwell. However there is a locked door blocking the stairs for privacy.
