We had a rather good stay on the whole. The biggest issue was heating as it was overheating during winter and was very noisy but apparently it is very common in Brooklyn. Other than that, everything worked well, we never saw the owners but they stepped in quickly when needed. |

The owner was absolutely not welcoming: he didn't say hi, nor did he show us the apartment; there was no inventory of fixtures and he insisted a lot on the fact that I could pay in cash. |
