The owner was great! The owner was very responsive and conscientious about any needs I had. My suggestion is that a checklist of inventory is completed at the beginning and end of the stay to prevent any discrepancies at move out. I also suggest that a proxy for the owner could be available in the event the owner is not available if the tenant needs to move earlier than expected. Some of the kitchen cabinets and dressers need adjusting. Not recommended for anyone physically challenged - 4-flight walk up (from front steps to the landing), it's over an hour commute to Manhattan and the occasional sound of planes heard overhead, Overall a very nice temporary place to stay and reasonably priced. It is a quiet/safe building and neighborhood. I am grateful for the service provided. |
