This apartment is in the perfect location - the subway is right around the corner and wonderful restaurants and stores are right outside the door. And the apartment is in a very safe location. The building is quaint and charming - it took awhile to figure out the technique to open the doors to the building and the apartment because the doors are older and there were also multiple keys. The apartment itself is tiny but it is very clean and had just been remodeled. It would be hard to accommodate more than one person as the closet is small and there is not a lot of space. I had to purchase some things for the apartment including garbage cans, hangers, a toaster, storage bins, etc. which were left for the next resident. |
