Located on the corner of West 101st Street & Central Park West, this contemporary styled two bedroom is in the area of Manhattan Valley, and is located parallel to Central Park… nothing can beat that! You can also be sure to find amazing food, bars, and a great community of people!
This apartment is located on the fifth floor or European fourth floor of a building built in 1930. When you get to your new apartment, you will enter and first see the open kitchen. The kitchen has dark cabinetry, a modern backsplash, and a laundry machine. It also is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, toaster, microwave, coffeemaker, dishwasher and an oven! From there you will see a dining table for four as the space transitions to the living room. The living room is homey, and comfortable, consisting of a convertible sofa- bed, a carpet, a desk & chair, a coffee table, and a TV with cable. At the other end of the living space are the two doors to each bedrooms. Both bedrooms are fully furnished, and include a full sized bed, with sheets, a bedside table, window treatments, a rug, and an AC unit. Finally the modern, gray and white marble bathroom has a shower-tub with a sliding glass door, a water closet, and towels for your use.
Do you love city living, the hustle of the city, but also appreciate a good park and nature? Then this area is as good as it gets in Manhattan! It is across the street from Central Park. That accessibility is unbeatable! Find your favorite spot to walk or read in, have a picnic on Sheep’s Meadow, and keep up- to- date with daily events taking place! On top of that perk, there is also a variety of good food nearby. Try some Cajun at Mighty Catch, a crepe at Crepe on Columbus, some Japanese finger foods at Moonrise Izakaya, or Awadh Indian Restaurant’s rendition of your favorite Indian dish. Want to grab a drink? Head to Nobody Told Me, or Tap a Keg for their 7 hour happy hour! Your local subway is at 103rd Street and Central Park West, with access to the B and C trains!
