This one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is located in the New York City borough of Manhattan, specifically in the neighborhood of Chelsea. This 635-square-foot (around 59 m2) apartment is on the third floor (equivalent to the second floor in Europe) of a doorman building. There is an elevator, a gym, a garden, an in-unit washing machine and dryer, and a balcony.
The living room has bright natural lighting with windows and a sliding door to the balcony. It is beautifully furnished with modern furniture and hardwood flooring throughout. You can see the city from the living room dining table. The living room also has a sofa and a TV for entertainment. The kitchen has appliances, such as a full-sized fridge and freezer, an oven, microwave, coffee maker, and a dishwasher to clean everything up. Walking into the bedroom, again you are greeted with natural light (double windows), and there is a queen-size bed. The bedroom also has two nightstands. The bathroom has a tub/shower with curtain, a mirror vanity, and a sink with space underneath for storage. The apartment has air conditioning.
Just 1.1 miles (around 2 km) from the apartment is the Empire State Building, known as one of the tallest buildings in New York City and an Art-Deco masterpiece. The view from the observation deck is stunning. Within 5 blocks of the apartment are also multiple bars, restaurants, and convenience stores. Within 6 blocks is Union Square Park, and 0.6 miles or around 1 km is Madison Square Park, with a dog run, multiple sculptures, and a view of the Flatiron Building. More must-sees down the block or a train over in Chelsea include The High Line (an elevated park that spans the distance from 34th Street to Gansevoort Street), the Whitney Museum of American Art, and the Museum of Illusions.
The nearest subway station is just two blocks over at 14th Street and 6th Avenue. It serves train lines F, L, and M as well as the PATH. Three blocks over, at 14th Street and 7th Avenue, you can catch the 1, 2, and 3 lines. A half-mile away (around 800 meters), at Broadway and Union Square, you can catch the 4, 5, 6, L, N, Q, R, and W lines.
