There are no after hours staff to contact; I was locked out overnight after a door closed when I was trying to get my door dash. The office staff is very rude. The office is also closed on weekends so you can't get packages from inside the mailroom over the weekend, and I'd assume you have no options if you happen to get locked out/lose key fob over the weekend. Otherwise, great neighborhood; lots going on but not noisy. Close walk to tons of restaurants, delis, etc. 10 blocks from Central Park. Clean building (except there are a ton of termites in the laundry room on the ground floor). Great rooftop. Cable and WiFi included, pots and pans, coffee maker, linens/towels, hairdryer all included. Closet was TINY. I bought a hanging rack off amazon, it's like sadly small. All in all, good temporary spot to live. |
