Here is a New York two-bedroom, two-bathroom furnished apartment on the Upper East Side neighborhood of Manhattan. Located on East 86th Street and 3rd Avenue, the rental is on the 10th floor (equivalent to the 9th floor in Europe) of a high-rise building with a city view. The building itself has an elevator, a gym, a roof deck, a children's playroom, and a doorman.
The apartment is a furnished rental, decorated in contemporary style with hardwood floors and a view of part of the Upper East Side. At 950 square feet (around 88 m2), the space includes two bedrooms, a living room and open kitchen, two bathrooms, and multiple closets. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, a desk, an air conditioner, and a closet. The second bedroom comes with a queen-size bed and an air conditioner. The largest room is a living room and open kitchen in which you will find a sofa, an air conditioner, a TV, a coffee table, and a chair at one end. At the other end is the open kitchen with stainless steel appliances like an oven, a fridge and freezer, a microwave, a coffeemaker, a toaster, and a dishwasher. An eating area with a dining table links the living and kitchen areas. One bathroom has a shower, and the other has a shower and tub. The unit also features a washer and dryer.
This part of the Upper East Side features food, shopping, and transportation. Walk up and down 86th Street for numerous commercial shops big and small. If it is restaurants and grocery stores you need, there are dozens all within a three block distance, on either 3rd Avenue or 2nd Avenue.
For subway access on the Upper East Side, it would be difficult to do better. Within one block in either direction east or west you have access to the 86 Street / Lexington Avenue Station for the 4, 5, 6 lines, as well as the 86 Street Station for the Q train.
