This two-bedroom, one bathroom furnished apartment is located in Bedford-Stuyvesant, a neighborhood in Brooklyn, New York City. On the corner of Hancock Street and Ralph Avenue, this furnished rental is situated on the first floor (equivalent to the ground floor in Europe) of a three-story townhouse.
This 750-square-foot apartment (around 70 m2) has a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. The living room is 200-square-feet in size (around 19 m2) and has an all white interior with light-colored furnishings like a sofa and dining table. It also has a 55 inch smart TV. The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances like an oven, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, dishwasher, freezer, and fridge. A bar table runs vertically along the length of the kitchen, as well. The two bedrooms are identical in size at around 110-square-feet (around 10 m2), but show great contrast in design. The first bedroom has a king-size bed with dark blue walls and ceiling. The second bedroom has light pink walls with a queen-size bed and a small work space. The bathroom has a standing shower, and the apartment comes with an in-unit washing machine and dryer.
Please note that the backyard is not accessible.
Bedford-Stuyvesant is a historic and culturally diverse neighborhood situated in northern Brooklyn. It was named as “one of the top five coolest neighbourhoods in the world” according to Time Out Magazine. Within a couple of blocks of the apartment you will find numerous restaurants with Asian, soul, and vegan food options. The subway will bring you to Downtown Brooklyn on the C line or Lower Manhattan with the J line.
You can get on the J line at the Halsey Street and Broadway station less than half a mile (around 640 meters) down the street. Another option, the C line, is half a mile (around 640 meters) south of the apartment at Ralph Avenue and Fulton Street Station.
