The Plaza leads to the entrance of the United States headquarters on the East River bank. The Midtown East neighborhood is famous in New York for its many excellent restaurants and shopping opportunities. Smith & Wollensky, one of the best steakhouses in town, is only two blocks away from the studio, and there are countless more eateries nearby the apartment. Moreover, shopping wonderland 5th Avenue is just four blocks from the studio. There are many landmarks to see in this part of New York City. The iconic Chrysler Building is just five blocks away, as is Grand Central Station where you can catch the 4, 5, 6 and 7 subway lines to explore Manhattan. From here it is only two blocks to the New York Public Library and the green oasis amidst the skyscrapers that is Bryant Park.
