New York Room For Rent - 3 Bedroom apartment for a roommate in Upper East Side (NY-14282)

Wonderful apartment in UES with all the possible comforts. The owners are available for any necessity, they are always kind and fun. They are super sociable and livable. I loved staying here all over my period of stay in the City and I would suggest this apartment to anyone. The area is very safe and full of green. Central Park is at the corner too!

The apartment is very nice: it is spacious, the bedroom is cosy, the view from the sitting room is splendid. Sharing the bathroom with the second roommate is easy. The neighborhood is very quiet and really safe (including when I was going back to the apartment late at night). The building is close to two subway stations (5- and 10-minute walk).
Lois and Mark, the owners, were adorable, nice and kindly hosts.
I loved spending those 6 months with them, I felt at home. We're even considering seeing one another again in France or another time in the United States.
I recommend this apartment in a heartbeat.

What a beautiful apartment. The view and Megan's stay was amazing she loved her apartment.
We never had any issues with the Host as a matter of fact they was the perfect hosts, always accommodating. We could not asked for a better host.
It was home away from home, They delivered absolutely everything that was necessary to make Megan stay in an amazing city as memorable , invaluable advice and caring in a very clean and extremely comfortable room. Wi-Fi and Big screen TV. Lois and Mark were superb hosts and everything about the accommodation played such a vital part of a totally unforgettable stay in New York.
The hospitality and love Megan received from this lovely family was amazing, Megan love staying with them.

My daughter stayed with great pleasure in this apartment for five months and everything went extremely well. Her three previous rooms, located in Brooklyn and Manhattan, in which she stayed before moving in this last room simply can't compete with this one!

Room was lovely, with triple dresser, end table, large flat-screen HDTV, carpeting, and large closet. The owner was very lovely, sweet, and accommodating.

The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils, dishwasher, microwave, etc. It was also very quiet in the neighborhood, although it was convenient to public transportation as well.

The apartment was very well located, you can reach every place you want in NY very quickly. The building is very safe. The landlady is very nice and is always available if you need something.

This apartment is ideally located, in a busy and very safe area. There are many restaurants and shops around and the nearest subway (with the express line) is just a few blocks away. The building is very safe (doormen 24/7), clean and beautiful (it looks like a hotel).

The apartment itself is spacious, always clean (there is a cleaning lady coming once every other week) and comfortable - a well equiped kitchen and a nice living room with TV. My bedroom was very comfortable as well (large bed, TV with hundreds of channels, nice decoration, beautiful view of the skyline, lot of space to put my clothes). The bathroom I shared with the other roomate had a bathtube and was always clean.

The landlady was very nice and made me feel very at ease in her apartment, always smiling and asking me how I was - it is something I really appreciated since I were thousands of kilometers away from home.

Last but not least, there is a NYSC just downstairs which is very convenient. In a few words, I would say that living in this apartment was a key element in my staying in NY being an incredible experience.
