Located in a residential area of Brooklyn, the four bedroom duplex apartment share sits on New Jersey Avenue & Dumont Avenue. It spans the 2nd and 3rd floors (considered 1st and 2nd in Europe) f a 3-story townhouse built in the prewar era. Use of a staircase is necessary to access the home. The townhouse is protected by a security system.

Please Note: This is a room to rent in an apartment share. Only the bedroom that you rent will be private. All other rooms will be shared with roommates.

There are three private rooms for rent. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are lightly furnished with a queen-sized bed and closet space for item storage. They are decorated with hardwood floors and a window in each that looks south to the garden. Bedroom 3 has a single bed. All three bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor (2nd floor in Europe). 

The rest of the home is shared with roommates. This includes a living room, kitchen, one full-sized bathroom with a shower, and one half-bathroom with just a toilet. The living room is equipped with two sofas for guest seating. An open kitchen attaches to the living room, partly separated from it by a wooden counter that is great for preparing meals, and can double as a breakfast bar. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking appliances and ample cabinetry.
