Upon entering this three bedroom apartment located at Louisiana Avenue & Vandalia Avenue, you’re greeted with hardwood floors and central A/C. This low-rise building was constructed in 1989, and the apartment lies on the 2nd floor (1st European floor). This Brooklyn apartment offers a northern garden/street exposure as well as a southern exposure of the driveway.

Fresh Creek Park is a short walk away (75 ft/ 23 meters), where you can do some bird-watching, or walk along the marsh.
