The apartment was amazing. The bedroom is big enough and so is the living room. I had everything I needed to survive four months in the big city. The only thing I needed to buy was food. There is a supermarket next to the building. Also there was a cleaning lady who came by to clean the house every 2 weeks. So I didn't have to clean it myself. The only negative thing I can think of is the fact that the owner was never home. |

I can only say excellent things about this house, who proportioned me with the perfect NYC experience. First of all, the location of the house is perfect. Right between 4th street and Avenue C, in the heart of East Village and Alphabet City. The metro is close by and there are several buslines at the street. There are also great restaurants and supermarkets in the area, and Illeana, the owner of the house, is kind enough to supply a detailed guide for all the stores, restaurants and everything that is essential. The house itself was also a dreamy place. Fully equipped kitchen, big bathroom, huge living room with TV, Netflix, Showtime, etc and very good internet signal. The bedroom is very nice, with a big windowto a community garden, desk, and a wardrobe. There is even washingand drying machines in the buildings basement! One great thing was the cleanliness of the apartment since the owner had a cleaning person coming every 2 weeks. Illeanawas very very helpful andfriendly, and |

First of all, the location of the house was excellent. In a very vibrant and great area with a lot of nice restaurants, bars and shops. The room itself is quiet and has a great view over a small park, it really gives you the great expierence of living in Manhattans Lower East Side. The apartment facilities, like the bathroom, kitchen and living room are in very good shape and the host/ owner of the house is very friendly and warm. |

I had a very pleasant experience staying at this spacious and cozy apartment. I liked how it was fully furnished so I did not have to bring any furniture from home or buy any. My roommate for the time being was very kind and helpful in every way providing tips for living in New York City and what to see and do while living there. I spent a lot of time in the kitchen that was fully stocked with pots, pans, and other cookware. The bedroom I stayed in was nice as well and had a beautiful view of a park right outside the building, which is a rare find. I loved all of the natural lighting in the room. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a place to live in the city. |
