This shared apartment is situated on the 4th floor (same as the 3rd floor in Europe) of an elevator building located near Queens Boulevard & 63rd Avenue in the Rego Park section of Queens, New York. Laundry facilities are available in the building.
The private bedroom for rent (Bedroom 1) is furnished with a queen-size bed to relax in after a long day discovering the city, along with a nightstand, bookcase, small refrigerator, and dresser for storage. A desk and chair provide a spot to do some work or studying in the peace and privacy of your own room. A cozy armchair and cushioned bench sit beside a coffee table for a place to relax and watch the cable TV in your room. The room also has a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The shared kitchen in the main part of the apartment has plenty of cabinets for storing groceries and is fully equipped with all you need to prepare meals at home including a microwave, coffee maker, and a gas stove/oven.

Head down Queens Boulevard a little further and you also have Olive Garden Italian Restaurant and Queens Center Mall where you can find Macy’s, H&M, and JC Penney, among many other retailers — a shopaholics dream!

Affordable apartment close to the train station, shopping and groceries. The apartment was advertised accurately and the renter you sublease from is very nice, accommodating, respectful and helpful. I'm sad to have left but I know the next person who occupies the room will be happy! |
