This is a model apartment. It reflects both the quality and the style of the apartments we offer at this location. The individual apartments are a variation of this one with some differences in layout, views and basic decor.

These accommodations are located in a building with hotel-like amenities which combine the advantages of a private apartment and the advantages of a hotel with additional features such as 24h front desk assistance and elevators.

This one bedroom apartment is located in Midtown West near Times Square.

The living room area has a sofa, coffee table and entertainment center with a TV and cable.

The kitchen is open to the living room and includes the basics. There is a range, microwave and refrigerator. A coffee maker and toaster are provided. The basic dishes, pots, pans and utensils are available.

The bedroom is furnished with two full sized beds, and a large dresser. There is a window to let in light and a/c. The floors are carpeted.

The bathroom is standard and includes a tub/shower, w/c and sink with vanity.

The apartment hotel is located near Times Square. There are many restaurants, tourist attractions and shops in the area. The subways are convenient on 6th, 7th and 8th Avenues as well as Broadway.

Accommodation Rental: 6 days

Building currently undergoing renovation, so at this time, not really appropriate to review.
Overpowering cigarette smoke odor in the apartment, building staff sprayed, which improved it slightly.
No closet to hang up clothes. Air-conditioning units very noisy.
Would not recommend this apartment, only good things about it, is the location & the front desk staff of the apartment building, who were all very helpful.

Please be aware our building was built in 1910 and that we are in the process of a massive conversion to make the building wheelchair accessible. This renovation is just being done to the entrance to our lobby and the lobby.

We are currently a smoking building and very sorry to say we are unable to guaranty smoking or non-smoking rooms. Rooms are assigned at check in. We only have a limited number of rooms that are no-smoking.

While it is true that some of the rooms may not have closets, there are racks with hangers. There are also dressers where you can put away your clothes.

The air conditioners can make noise, especially during the warmer months when it takes more energy to keep the accommodation nice and cool.

I am very sorry that you were unhappy with your stay.

I can't give my opinion on the owner because I never met him. I called before my arrival as you had advised, but at the reception desk they were surprised. The owner never came to the apartment and never contacted me. The staff at reception is quite nice and efficient.

Once here, you are greeted by our associates at the front desk, who will assist you with your check in and check out. And if in between, you have any questions, or need assistance, our staff will gladly help you with that too, or guide you to the right person that can.
