The apartment is located in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés La Varenne Saint Hilaire, a French city of the Ile-de-France and the department of Val-de-Marne (94). Situated in the southeast suburb of Paris, it is almost completely surrounded by a buckle of « La Marne ». It is the longest French river situated east of the Paris basin. It is the main tributary of the Seine. Close to the apartment are all sorts of services: restaurants, cafes, laundries, pharmacies, banks and supermarkets among others. This is a very green and relaxing area where you can stroll, run or cycle on the quais of the Marne.

This 49m²(approx 525 sq.ft.) two-bedroom apartment is located on the second (third in the USA) floor of a 20th century walk up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a key, which gives access to the staircase.
