This furnished three bedroom duplex apartment is situated on Rue des Rosiers between Rue Vieille du Temple and Rue des Ecouffes in the 4th district of Paris. A special atmosphere pervades the lively, historical Marais with its high concentration of museums, art galleries and design shops. It also contains a number of diverse and trendy bars and restaurants. The royal Place des Vosges hailed for the harmony of its architecture and famous for being the residence of renowned French novelist Victor Hugo from 1832 to 1848 is a short walk away from this accommodation. Also close by are the renowned Louvre and the Jardin des Tuileries. Being an extremely popular neighborhood, this area can be noisy at times.

This vacation rental is situated on the fourth (5th in the USA) floor of an 18th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by an intercom and opens into a porch. Then , to your right there is a door opening into a staircase.

The entrance’s apartment door opens into an entrance with the living room and the open kitchen to your left. On the right, there is the first bedroom and straight ahead there is a corridor with the bathroom and the second bedroom. Upstairs is the third bedroom.

The living room has three windows and a skylight. It is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table, some shelves, a cable TV, a DVD player, a stereo, a telephone and a dining table with chairs.

The first bedroom has two windows and is furnished with a queen size bed, two bedside tables, two closets, an armchair and a chest of drawers.

The second bedroom has a window with a view on the courtyard and wall-to-wall carpet floor. It is furnished with a single size bed and a desk with a chair.

The third bedroom upstairs has three skylights and wall-to-wall carpet floor. It is furnished with a single size bed, a childbed and some shelves with toys.

The open kitchen is equipped with four vitroceramic plates topped by an exhaust fan, a microwave, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.

The bathroom has a bathtub with showerhead, a washbasin, a toilet, a heated towel rack and a washing machine. The dryer is in the entrance.

There is also a separate toilet with a washbasin.

Heat and hot water are electric and individual.
