I loved this apartment; it was a great stay. Maybe it was a little bit complicated because of the age of the building. I enjoyed my stay here! |

Akarasun was a very nice tenant and we will miss him. However, I understand his concern about this ageing building which is one of the oldest and most historical of Paris, in the street where Balzac published his novels. I am sorry that Akarasun arrived when the works started in the common areas and that he had to be a bit patient. This is why I decided to offer him a rental discount when he extended his lease agreement. I highly recommend Akarasun as a tenant. |
