This 32m2 studio apartment on the Boulevard Voltaire is at only a few subway stations from the Marais and Bastille areas. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous shops, wonderful restaurants and cafes, supermarkets, and markets such as the well-known Parisian market Rue Richard Lenoir (Thursday and Sunday mornings).

The apartment is located on the 6th floor with elevator of a prewar building and faces a narrow street perpendicular to the Boulevard Voltaire.

The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and there is an intercom as well. The exposure is north and it faces the street side. The walls are white painted and there is wooden floor almost everywhere.

The living room area has one window and is furnished with a double futon bed (can be used occasionally), a stool, a lamp, a closet, a desk and a chair and a bookcase.
