This fully furnished studio is located on Avenue d'Iéna, in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. You will find it on the 6th floor walk-up of a beautiful Haussmanian building. The entrance gate, protected by a coded security system leads into a hall with a concierge and staircase.

The main room, which measures approximately 11m² (120 sq. ft.) features double-glazed French windows with western exposure and access to a small balcony. Enjoy the views of the iconic Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. The room is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a dining table, a television with cable and closets for storage space. In the corner, you will find a kitchenette equipped with 2 electric plates, a small fridge and a microwave. For your convenience, a washing machine is installed.

The 16th arrondissement of Paris abounds with points of interest, luxurious shops, gourmet restaurants and gorgeous coffee terraces. The neighborhood is known for its beautiful Haussmanien buildings, for its many parcs such as the Bois de Boulogne (3km/1.8mi), the square Thomas Jefferson (350m/0.2mi) which is a little bit smaller yet still full of charm. You will be able to walk up the Arc de Triomphe (550m/0.3mi) and have a breathtaking 360 view on Paris. Then walk down the Champs Elysées (450m/0.3mi) for some shopping. You will be able to dine to 39V (500m/0.3mi) or le Maxan (400m/0.2mi).

Transportation can't get any better. Several lines stop at Charles de Gaulle-Étoile Station (350m/0.2mi) which you will find down the street. Hop on the 1, 2 or 6 train for easy commute to anywhere in the city. Take RER A for express service to the rest of Paris and the suburbs.
