This bright home on rue de la Clef between rue Censier and rue du Fer à Moulin sits on the ground and 1st floor of a two-story walk-up 20th century townhouse. It includes large windows and a skylight in the kitchen, allowing natural sunlight to illuminate the space.

The elegant and contemporary three-bedroom duplex features stone slab floors, colorful furniture, wooden accessories, and exposed steel beams. Loft beds accommodate maximum floor space! The home’s layout is as follows: a living room, kitchen, and bathroom are found on the ground floor. The first floor includes three bedrooms, an office, and a bathroom.

In the living room, dazzling red sofas offer a comfortable space to sit, facing a large cable television with DVD player for indoor entertainment. Bookshelves, modern artwork, and potted plants line the white walls. One large, almost floor-to-ceiling window brightens the room, and an elegant glass dining table presents space for family meals. Other highlights include a glass coffee table, shelf space for item storage, and a hanging mirror.

Bedroom 2 includes an ample, nearly wall-to-wall window for ventilation and natural illumination. A wooden desk with chair and shelf space is provided. One single-sized mattress lies atop the loft area.

Bedroom 3 is the largest bedroom. It includes two single-sized mattresses on the loft area. Shelf space, a wooden desk, and a skylight are supplied.

Bathroom 2 (located on the 1st floor) includes a toilet, skylight, and personal laundry washing machine and dryer – for maximum convenience!

Paris’s 5th arrondissement is a historic community, said to have been the epicenter of intellectual studies for centuries. Like other areas of the city, this community is filled with beautiful squares, hip cafes, and top-rated restaurants. However, it also boasts a few attractions of its own that cannot be found anywhere else in Paris! Listed below are some suggestions of where to go in the area.
