Really enjoyed my stay. Well worth it for the price. The only areas of improvement are I think it could use some upgrades (i.e. furniture, bedding, carpet). It was also a little loud a couple of nights a week, but that shouldn't be a deal breaker. The apartment is huge and in a great area. The landlord is a sweetheart. Would definitely stay again. |

Hello Dana. First of all, I am really happy to learn that you enjoyed your stay and liked the apartment. And thank you for your constructive input. I will take your remarks on interior design into account and change a couple things so it can be even nicer in the future. Regarding the noise, I offer to remove the current windows and replace them with fully isolating ones, once again in order to make this apartment as comfortable as possible. The hosts well-being in the apartment is the most important thing to me, and I do my best for them to enjoy their stay. Please know that I enjoyed your kindness and your company, and that you will always be welcome. Claude |

The apartment was amazing! The location was perfect, and near everything you would need as a student or traveller. Quiet area except for days where there are soccer games! I 10/10 reccomend. |

I absolutely loved my stay at this apartment. It was one of the biggest apartments I've seen in all of Paris. I studied at the Sorbonne for the summer and this location was perfect! The apartment is less than a minute away from the metro. There are many cafés and stores around. Very cute area. The owner was the sweetest and most helpful man. Whenever I had a question or a problem, he would come over within 5 minutes to help me solve it. I highly recommend this place. Very spacious. |
