Near the corner of Rue de Hanovre and Rue de Choiseul is a furnished studio apartment for rent. This Paris apartment is 29 m2 (around 312-square-feet) on the second floor (equivalent to the third floor in the USA) of an elevator building. Located near the Sentier, this apartment building has a security system. The apartment has an in-unit washing machine and dryer. It was entirely renovated by an architect in 2021.

A small entranceway leads into both the kitchen and the rest of the apartment. This kitchen has appliances such as a fridge, freezer, and microwave. To see one of these sights in person, visit Palais Garnier, one of the most famous opera houses in the world, about 550 meters (around 0.3 miles) away. For more contemporary performances, L’Olympia is the place to go and is only around 600 meters (about 0.4 miles) away. 

Opéra, a subway station beneath Place de l'Opéra, is only about 300 meters (around 0.2 miles) away and offers metro lines 3, 7, and 8. About 500 meters (about 0.3 miles) away is Richelieu-Drouot with lines 8 and 9.
