Paris Accommodation - 2 Bedroom Rental in Le Marais (PA-3035)

The apartment was charming and in a wonderful neighborhood. The landlord/owner was accessible and a pleasure to work with. The kitchen was clean and useful. The beds were comfortable. Just enough room for our family of 5. Our only issue was with the bathroom which had a slight moldy smell after a shower.

This is a wonderful apartment in a fabulous and quiet location. The owner is very welcoming and helpful.

The location is great, just in the hart of the Marais. although has no air-condition it is very well ventilated and spending time there during hot days of august was pleasant.

The apt. has some bohemian chic. On the other hand the apartment is tight for a family of 4. No storage space at all. Bathroom and shower are old and in urgent need for cleaning and renovation.

Kitchen is tight, appliances old, not friendly for those who really wish to use it. In general felt dusty and unclean.

We had a great stay in the apartment. We had the metro, supermarket and boulangeries a few steps of the house.

Thanks to the owners who give a good introduction of "how things works" there and answer our mails quickly to solve our doubts

We had a great stay in the apartment in Paris. It was spacious and offered a warm refuge from the cold Parisian winter.

The owner of the vacation rental could not have been more hospitable and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is in a great location within easy reach of everything Paris has to offer, especially good food and wine.

The flat was in a wonderful location [in the Marais, Paris] and exactly as it was described. We were close to many attractions, restaurants and grocers. The flat contributed greatly to our Paris experience. (June/2008)

The apartment was very well located in the heart of down town, close to several major attractions, shopping, restaurants, subway. The spacious Paris apartment was presented clean at the promised date and time, the owner was very courteous, trustworthy and accommodating.

The whole experience was very good, bringing back only good memories ...I will not hesitate to use your services in the future or recommend you to friends.

We were very happy with the accommodation [in the Marais, Paris] which was just as it appeared in the photos and the owner could not have been more helpful. The key pickup and introduction to the apartment went smoothly and we had a superb location for our week in Paris.

Unfortunately there was no drawer or hanging space available initially but after requesting some the owner made a small space available.

The apartment we stayed in was very nice, clean, wonderfully located, comfortable and perfect for a family with young children as there were a lot of toys.

It's not for the person who wants a spare, modern space as there is a lot of stuff but it was great for us and the owner was right there with info.

The apartment was wonderful. In a great district in Paris and great location for shopping, catching the metro, bistros - everything. Boulangerie right outside our door on the corner of the block. Had a wonderful stay.

Well, everything was enormously positive. The process of renting was well explained by NY Habitat and very easy. Our apartment was lovely, just as detailed as it was in the online description.

The owner was courteous and helpful and explained all the ins and outs of the apartment. The location was divine.... and the best boulangerie was 30 steps away. Thanks for all your help. We will surely use New York Habitat again!

It is very scary renting from someone overseas but the owner made the process very reassuring. In fact I highly recommend this apartment for any family vacation. The location was fabulous-in the Marias. We felt very safe navigating the streets around the apartment, even at night. The Bakery on the corner was great for having that morning pastry.

I also highly recommend the restaurants that were noted for us by [the owner], Royal Turrene and one other one that the name is escaping me---it was off of the Place de Vosges, very convenient to the apartment. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, we cooked in a lot, and we had everything we needed to prepare our meals.

The only suggestion for the owner that might appeal to Americans would be American standard pillows, European pillows are much smaller than we are used to. That was the only thing we could think of. The 2 bathrooms were great (even though there was only one toilet).

The owner was the most gracious host and the nicest man--he answered all of our questions and was a big help in making our trip to Paris one that we will always treasure.
