Live like a local in a fully furnished apartment with this modern one bedroom home in the Arc de Triomphe neighborhood of Paris’s 17th arrondissement!
This one bedroom apartment is located on the top floor of a 2-story 18th century building on Rue Brunel, between Avenue de la Grande Armée and Place St. Ferdinand. Use of a staircase is necessary to access the home, which is protected by a coded security system.
Spanning approximately 48sqm (516.6sqft) the elegant Paris accommodation features hardwood floors and exposed white-brick walls. All windows face a quiet cobblestone courtyard, providing tenants with a calm environment during the night. During the day, track lighting and a skylight in the living room assures a brightly lit apartment!
The home-away-from-home appears lived-in but not worn out, welcoming and warm but not old fashioned or kitschy. Instead, it perfectly combines classic appearances with modern accessories. Amenities include a double bed in the bedroom, double sofa bed in the living room, a private laundry washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen with cabinetry and a dishwasher for added convenience. A television, sofa and dining table are also included.
Just 750m (0.5mi) from the Arc de Triomphe, this luxury vacation rental apartment is near the Batignolles (3km/1.9mi) and Ternes (900m/0.6mi) communities. Though lively, the streets around this vacation rental are mostly filled with locals and allow tenants to gather a uniquely authentic experience of Paris. The home is surrounded by shops, open air markets and cafes, making life in the French city as easy as possible. Some nearby attractions include the iconic Eiffel Tower (2.6km/1.6mi), Jardin d’Acclimatation (1.6km/1mi) and the Palais de Chaillot (2km/1.2mi).

Fantastic apartment. We rented it 6 years ago so when we decided to return to Paris we knew where we wanted to go! |

The apartment was very conveniently located. My only objections are: not enough towels, no paper towels, paper napkins .The telephone had such a soft ring that I missed several calls. But all in all it was comfortable and clean. |

I sincerely thank Ms. S. for leaving the apartment clean when she left. I was delighted to welcome her and guide her 'technically' throughout her stay in Paris. |

The vacation rental is wonderful, very cosy and clean. The location is excellent right near the Arc de Triomphe. Madame C is very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay at that apartment. |

No problems with these very nice young tenants (30 years old), who left the vacation rental practically clean when they left. |

We were very pleased with the apartment in Paris. The apartment and location were just as we expected, and we found the rooms to be clean and well-furnished. The owner was friendly and efficient, and we appreciated the welcome goodies in the fridge. The location of the vacation rental apartment is ideal for getting to all of the major sights in Paris by metro. We very much enjoyed our three days there. |

[...] We really found our Paris apartment to be exactly what we needed - a comfortable base to return to after each day's adventures. We would like to use it again some time. It was clean and comfortable, near the Metro and not in a *touristy* area. |

The apartment was clean and well maintained and functional. A key thing missing for me was an alarm clock and telephone use (my cell phone did not work. The owner was pleasant; although I had a little trouble connecting with her once I was arrived to the courtyard. The outer door to the courtyard was locked out and had to wait for someone to come out to get into the apartment. |

We liked the apartment. It was decent sized, quiet and a good value for the price. There was a metro station nearby and numerous restaurants and bistros and also a bakery for our morning croissants. The only possible negatives are the double bed as we prefer a queen and apparently the owner or someone smokes as there was a faint odor of smoke. We had asked her to air it out before our arrival and apparently she did. Also there is not a coffee maker. All of these are minor concerns as our overall experience was positive. |
