Paris Accommodation - 1 Bedroom Rental in Arc de Triomphe, Batignolles - Ternes (PA-910)

Fantastic apartment. We rented it 6 years ago so when we decided to return to Paris we knew where we wanted to go!

I loved this apartment...it feels like home!

The apartment was very conveniently located. My only objections are: not enough towels, no paper towels, paper napkins .The telephone had such a soft ring that I missed several calls. But all in all it was comfortable and clean.
The owner was a very pleasant person and did not require a deposit. It was a very pleasant stay. I would recommend this apartment to any couple.

The vacation rental is wonderful, very cosy and clean. The location is excellent right near the Arc de Triomphe. Madame C is very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay at that apartment.

We were very pleased with the apartment in Paris. The apartment and location were just as we expected, and we found the rooms to be clean and well-furnished. The owner was friendly and efficient, and we appreciated the welcome goodies in the fridge. The location of the vacation rental apartment is ideal for getting to all of the major sights in Paris by metro. We very much enjoyed our three days there.

Everything went smoothly.

This was the first time we have ever arranged for housing via an agency vs. an established hotel. Of course, we were apprehensive, but everything looked to be legitimate and all interactions were reassuring that we were not getting ripped off.

The apartment was clean and the landlord [in Paris] was very friendly, helpful and made us feel very comfortable. She had a booklet prepared on how to use the appliances, how to find taxis, maps of the city, etc. The only thing she didn't have was a coffee pot because she is a tea drinker. But her kitchen was equipped with all we needed to make our coffee.

I have already recommended NYHabitat to 2 different people. I think that says it all - we would definitely use this agency again, so maybe you should expand your city base!

The apartment was clean and well maintained and functional. A key thing missing for me was an alarm clock and telephone use (my cell phone did not work. The owner was pleasant; although I had a little trouble connecting with her once I was arrived to the courtyard. The outer door to the courtyard was locked out and had to wait for someone to come out to get into the apartment.
The best part for me was location. I overall enjoyed the accommodation.

We were thrilled, from beginning to end, with the service from NYHabitat.
In addition, the lady from whom we rented in Paris was LOVELY - a true gem.
Our 10 month old daughter loved the trip too! It was great, and I am sorry that we did not write earlier. I actually wanted to but things got a little hectic when we got home.

We liked the apartment. It was decent sized, quiet and a good value for the price. There was a metro station nearby and numerous restaurants and bistros and also a bakery for our morning croissants. The only possible negatives are the double bed as we prefer a queen and apparently the owner or someone smokes as there was a faint odor of smoke. We had asked her to air it out before our arrival and apparently she did. Also there is not a coffee maker. All of these are minor concerns as our overall experience was positive.
