South France Apartment - 3 Bedroom Rental in Lourmarin, Provence (PR-705)

This villa was built from an old farmhouse entirely refurbished (and extended) in 2005.

It is located 900m away from the village of LOURMARIN, one of the most beautiful villages of France, in a calm surrounding.

It is available for monthly rentals only.

The environment is very attractive, with a view on the countryside and on the mountain of Luberon.

This 2 floors property of over 160m2 opens onto a nice covered terrace with BBQ. It has nice terracotta tiles and exposed beams.

The layout is as follows :

You enter the property via a large living room, furnished with two large sofas. The dining area is furnished with a large rectangle table.(3 French windows of which 2 face south and one east)

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, small electric oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, electric ceramic hotplates, washer and dryer.

The first bedroom, is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. There is an en-suite (but separated) bathroom with a double washbasin and a tub.

The second bedroom is also equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

A second bedroom with separate toilet is available with double washbasin and stall shower.

These two bedrooms have a window facing south.

An extra room is available, it would ideally be used as an office space (our extra bedroom).

There is a separated toilet .

A wooden and terracotta stair gives access to the second floor where you will find the 3rd bedroom.

This bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has a west exposed window overlooking the garden.

You access to the property via a security gate.

The ground is planted with trees and lawn. You will enjoy the sheltered terrace.(with summer kitchen).

The swimming- pool (10m x5M) is equipped with a security system.

Lourmarin, Vaucluse is a nice village in the Luberon region with a lovely Castle, famous for it's landscapes and villages overlooking the valley and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'.

Lourmarin is a unique combination of historic buildings, natural surroundings and a feeling of spaciousness. Surrounded by vineyards, cherry orchards and lavender fields.

It is renowned for its excellent cuisine, with Michelin rated restaurants.
