South France Apartment - 2 Bedroom Rental in Grasse, French Riviera (PR-927)

In a very typical village situated 5-10 minutes drive away from the town of Grasse itself, this 2 bedroom village house is available vacation but also monthly rentals throughout the year.

The completely refurbished house is on two levels.

Ground floor :

You enter the house through a small entrance hall.

The spacious living room has two large sofas, a coffee table, a cupboard, television. There is a dining table seating 6.

There is a French window overlooking the hills and a window opening onto the village square.

The separate eat in kitchen is fully equipped with 4 gas burners, an electric oven, refrigerator and freezer and a coffee maker and a dishwasher. There is a round dining table.

Second French floor :

An elegant antic staircase gives access to the first French floor where you will find 2 large bedrooms, a dressing room and the bathroom.

The first bedroom is furnished with a double size bed with bed side tables, a wardrobe and a two armchairs. There is a window opening onto the village and the hills.

The second bedroom is equipped with a single bed with bed side table and a window opening onto the village square.

There is as bathroom with a washbasin, a tub and toilet. Bathroom has two door so that each bedroom has a direct access to it.

On this floor, you will also find a convenient dressing room with a washing machine.

Outside :

The apartment is located in the heart of the village next to a lovely church.

Parking is easy in front of the house.

Grasse, a few minutes away is very famous for its perfume factories. Of course this town offers many shops and restaurants. There are also some banks, a commercial center, hypermarkets, bakeries, butchers, groceries, a post office and some cafés.

The A8 highway is only 10 minutes drive away and Nice International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away. The beaches of Antibes, Cannes and Juan les Pins are situated at about 20-30 minutes distance.
