South France Accommodation - 3 Bedroom Rental in Seillans, French Riviera (PR-1145)

This three bedroom vacation rental is in the commune of Seillans, in the South of France, nearly 46 km (approx. 29 miles) west of Cannes. The villa is located atop a beautiful green hill, just up the road from the owner’s farmhouse. During your stay, you’ll have access to on-site parking space. Bed linens and towels are also provided.

The front of the villa has a southern exposure, allowing in lots of sunlight from morning to evening. The windows and terrace offer breathtaking views of the village rooftops and neighboring hills. The terrace has a table that comfortably seats six guests for pleasant alfresco meals. Surrounding the villa is an olive grove, and below it several grassy terraces fronted with stone walls, which are characteristic of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. The accommodation features a 10-meter (33-ft) pool with a wooden deck containing sun loungers and parasols.

The 60-m² (approx. 645 sq ft) living room features a working fireplace and is furnished with two sofas and armchairs facing a coffee table and TV. On one wall, sliding glass doors open onto the patio, and on another, a wide arched wall opening connects to the dining space, furnished with a rectangular wooden dining table with 8 chairs. Next to it is the open kitchen, equipped with all of the main appliances and crockery, in addition to tableware and silverware.

Bedroom 1 contains one double and one single bed; Bedroom 2 has one double bed; and Bedroom 3 is furnished with two single beds. These bedrooms share two full bathrooms, each with a bathtub-shower, toilet, and washbasin. One of the bathrooms has a clothes washer and dryer, making it practical to do your laundry.

The three bedroom vacation rental is situated in Seillans, often referred to as “one of the prettiest villages in France.”

• Go for a drive and take in the Romanesque architecture—there is a church, castle, and lovely plaza with a fountain in the center of the village.
• Take a walk through the cobblestone streets, which are lined with quaint shops, grocery stores, butcheries, and bakeries.
• Seillans is also a village of art galleries and artists, once home to Max Ernst, Dorothea Manning, Robert Doisneau and many others.
• During the summer, explore the open-air markets, where you’ll find fresh produce and local art, or enjoy a meal on the terrace of a village restaurants, one of which is nationally renowned with a chef trained by Daniel Boulud in New York.

The villa is conveniently close to the French Riviera, so you can take an easy day trip to the neighboring cities of Cannes (47km/29mi), Saint-Raphaël (43km/27mi), Saint-Tropez (66km/41mi), and Nice (71km/44.5mi).
