Also in this annex, the second kitchen is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker. One of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms are located in the annex.

Outdoors, there is a covered patio with a dining table where you can enjoy a meal while viewing the rest of the property. There is also a patio space with chaise lounges surrounding the large pool. The perimeter of the outdoor space is marked by greenery.
