This two-bedroom two-bathroom duplex apartment in London, UK features a fully-furnished living space in the residential and highly affluent community of Maida Vale. Located on Sutherland Avenue between Castellain and Lauderdale Road, this apartment sits on the 3rd floor (considered 4th in U.S.) of a 20th century period walk-up building. Included is a private furnished balcony with breathtaking view of surrounding landscape and a well-kempt shared terrace and garden. Provided in the apartment is a private washer and dryer. For privacy assurance, a security system is in place.

This living room is uncluttered and brightly lit with a floor-to-ceiling glass door opening up to the balcony. Various chairs and one sofa scatter the space, providing comfortable guest accommodation. A fireplace is attached to one wall, and a large mirror hangs atop it.
