I did not meet or communicate with the owner. All my dealings were with the NY Habitat representative. I believe that the apartment is somewhat under-provided with materials. There was no garbage bin; no iron or ironing board (which was provide on request by NY Habitat); kitchen utensils were minimal (again supplemented by NYH). And access to enough internet needs to be sorted out. Otherwise the apartment was extremely comfortable and well-located. It is not very convenient for cooking and so would, in my view, not encourage long-term stay. |
