Your upcoming stay in London could be from this two bedroom apartment, located in central London in the cosmopolitan area of Bayswater, just on the northern edge of the large Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park. The building itself is a walk-up period locale, protected by a security system, and this apartment is one the 1st floor (considered 2nd by Americans). The area is loaded with plenty of things to see, do, and experience, and transportation options are close at hand from which to visit other parts of London (and beyond).
The apartment is 83 square meters (893 square feet) of space with plenty of natural light and wooden flooring, offering a relaxing and bright area from which you can relax and plan your explorations of London. The living area is the first space you will enter, with plenty of comfortable seating within (including a dining table and dining table seating). The room also comes complete with an armchair, LCD flatscreen television, and a coffee table as well. The bedrooms are spacious; the master bedroom has a king-sized bed in it, whereas the second bedroom has a double-sized bed within. A rooftop terrace is accessible directly from the first (master) bedroom, giving you some fresh-air relaxation should you need it. The kitchen is well-equipped to meet your cooking needs should you wish to take advantage of it; it includes an electric oven with gas burners, fridge/freezer, and a washing machine for your laundry needs.
The entry to the vast green spaces of Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park is a short 0.5 km/0.3 miles to the south; so too is the Lancaster Gate underground station, located at the entrance to this park. The Paddington rail station is the same distance to the east, should you wish to take advantage of other rail transport options (Heathrow Airport is only a few stops away down this latter’s line). The museums of Kensington are on the south side of the park space of the same name, only 2.4 km/1.5 miles to the south; you’ll find the Natural History, Science, and Victoria & Albert museums here. You’ll find restaurants, bars, and pubs within a few street’s radius of this two bedroom apartment as well, giving you dining options nearby. Central London is easily accessed and experienced from the comfort and convenience of this lovely location.
Note: There are no blinds in the living room to block the natural light.

Very bad value for money. The apartment was very dirty and not comfortable, bedding was in poor conditions. The owner left his personal belongings scattered everywhere, and a lot of food (some of which was expired) in the cupboards and in the refrigerator, making the kitchen really unsanitary! |

Florence, the vsprung luxury mattress on the bed you were using cost £1600 and is less than a year old. Feather duvet and new down pillows. I left some basics in the fridge for you to use. The apt had been thoroughly cleaned the day before. Much of the furniture is antique and rustic so not like a hotel. You were there less than a week so a lot of my belongings were there. I am sorry if you did not expect to find any of my belongings in the apartment. The apartment has a lot of character, unlike hotels that can often be soulless. |

Apartment in an outstanding location. Very well connected. Uncomplicated owner. All facilities and pubs within walking distance. The location in the Mews makes it very quiet. |

I am very glad that you enjoyed your stay and sorry you felt the decor was only adequate. We aim to improve the decor this summer as it has seen some wear and tear. |
