These one-bedroom, 545-square-foot (50.63-square-meter) apartments are located in the City of London, three blocks north of the River Thames and next to one of London’s major financial centers. From this vantage, business travelers and vacationers will have access to many of the flavors and experiences that historical London can provide. All apartments are fully furnished.
The apartment’s bedroom comes with a king-size bed and its bath has a full shower and tub; there is one linen and two towel change services per week. The kitchen area allows for cooking if you like to make your own meals. Daily maid service (except banking holidays) will keep your apartment home tidy while you are conducting business or exploring the area in and around London.
History and culture mesh with modern financial centers in this area, and you will always have options for entertainment. International cuisines are easily reachable within a few blocks of your apartment, as are many pubs, affording easy access to the flavors of local London. Shopping venues abound as well; a sixty-shop mall is one block west of your apartment and numerous small shops line Cheapside, the ancient market street that still serves the same purpose today. St. Paul’s Cathedral is one block west of the shopping mall, while the Millennium Bridge is only about a six-block walk to the southwest; crossing it gives you access to Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre as well as the Tate Modern Art Gallery, among many other shops and entertainment opportunities.
Access to the City area is easy. The London subway system (the "tube") has a stop two blocks south of your apartment (Mansion House station) as well as one three blocks further east (Cannon Street station). Taxis are accessible throughout the area, and your apartment’s Concierge service is available for most of the day to help guide your steps (or rides). London is truly open and accessible to you from this wonderful location.
