Discover this home away from home while you discover the sights and experiences of this Central London. Located on Lovat Lane and Eastcheap in the City area itself, this one bedroom London apartment is fully furnished and in a great location for experiencing central London’s attractions, dining, and shopping.
This furnished one bedroom apartment measures about 35-square-meter (377-square-foot) and is located on the ground floor of a period building that has a security system. The apartment has a bedroom offering a double bed and the living area has a sofa and a dining area. The kitchen is complete with an oven, fridge/freezer, and microwave. There is also a washer/dryer in the kitchen for your laundry needs.
The area around this studio is loaded with things to do, day or night. The City area is known as being London's Financial District, but there are many other diversions to be found as well. There are six or so bars/pubs within a one-block radius of this apartment, plus plenty of restaurants in the area – walk in any direction and you will encounter several, with many different types of cuisines to satisfy just about any palate. Sights abound as well, including the Tower of London, which is 0.6 km/0.4 miles to the east. The Monument underground station is just around the corner, only 0.1 km/0.1 miles away from here, giving you excellent access to other parts of London. For shopping, there are many shops located in this area, and there’s also the Leadenhall Market with 17 shops and plenty of satellite stores as well in the area (0.5 km/0.3 miles to the north). When staying in central London, you’ll have plenty to see and do, and a great place to relax, when you stay here.

The apartment was in an excellent location. A few minute walk from two subway stations, as well as a bus stop, supermarket, bank etc, and it takes about 15-20 min to reach downtown. |

Thank you. The most pertinent comment I'd say to any prospective booker is that this flat represents SUPERB value for money. Compared to other short let 1 bedroom flats in the City (and I mean genuinely within the Square Mile), it is often £2,000 per calendar month LESS than them. I'd say 30 square meters total surface area for 2 people is a reasonable size; bigger flats are obviously available but they will cost more money so in the end it's a client's budget which is likely to dictate their choice. |
