London Accommodation - 3 Bedroom Rental in Earls Court, South Kensington (LN-295)

Hello, it was an amazing apartment ,nothing to tell it's just perfect.

The accommodation fully met our expectations regarding its location. it was very spacious and the hosts were very friendly. the rooms on the street side were a bit noisy.

Overall I think it is perfect and I'd definitely choose it again in my next trip should I return.

I was happy with the vacation rental. I liked its layout, the decoration and its cleanliness. I enjoyed the location near the subway, the neighborhood with the local stores.

However, I really didn't enjoy the noise. Located on a noisy street due to heavy traffic. That really disturbed me. It is something I'm sensitive to. I won't come back to this place because of that.

Next time I use your service, it's something I will insist on.

1D (1st floor), and 1H (3rd floor) Great for a group. Reasonably comfortable. Helpful staff. Excellent value. We stayed for nights. Children staying (long term on 2nd floor) were very noisy early in the mornings (5-6 am) affecting anyone directly above or below.

When we mentioned it to reception it improved greatly. There is lots of road noise, but a small price to pay for such a great location.

The accommodation is spectacular. Clean, spacious and lots of light, it has it all, even the welcome service was really nice and helpful.

I would 100% recommend this apartment for a trip to London. Location is fantastic, there is a subway stop 100 meters away, the neighborhood is beautiful. Again, we will definitely recommend this apartment.

Really large apartment, clean, bright, a stone's throw from the Underground - brilliant for groups of friends...
Somewhat noisy as the ambulance sirens often drive past...

The apartment is very nice and spacious, ideal for two families like us. The daily cleaning service is really convenient, especially when there are kids. And the location is perfect, very close to Earl's Court tube station and to the bus stop. I'll definitely be back!

Spacious, very functional apartment. It was clean and comfortable. We were happy with everything except the living room sofa. It was time that it be replaced.

Our bedrooms were well accommodated, and the beds were comfortable. Really, we had no complaints.

Wonderful place but we could not sleeep due to the work in progress in the nearby building.

Our vacation rental in London was very comfortable and in a fantastic location. The accommodation was tastefully furnished, clean and equipped. Only the extra bed was quite uncomfortable, but all the rest was perfect and having kids it was for sure the best choice because we could have dinner at home each night.

Also very good the cleaning service, too bad it's not available during the week-end. We will certainly use your agency again and when we returned to italy we spoke very well about you to our friends and family.

Our stay in the apartment has been simply great! The apartment was well-located, clean, well furnished, the kitchen was fantastic and fully equipped..... even an Internet connection was available.

The staff in the building has been very friendly and professionals. I would have no hesitation in recommending the vacation rental to my friends. Booking and paying has been simply and fast.

If I should come back to London or go to Paris or New York..... I'd certainly contact your agency again!

The property was absolutely below our expectations. We have lived in London for several years, and we ourselves have rental property there -- we know what to expect (and what not to expect), we know the neighborhood in which we stayed, and we know the going rates.

The major complaint is that the apartment was dirty. Not just slightly unclean -- we are talking about years worth of dirt and dust visible on most surfaces of furniture and fixtures. Several of us were significantly affected by the accumulated dust and (likely) molds, which led to congested breathing. The daily cleaning was a joke and worst of all resulted in a wet towel with bloodstains on it being left as the new hand towel. We took it to the management as proof. Eventually we were refunded one night's stay which was a decent financial settlement but given the unpleasant situation and resulting spend of time and effort we wish we had stayed elsewhere.

The lack of cleanliness was by far the chief complaint but in general the furnishings were cheap and poor quality specifically thyroid mattresses and lounge sofa. Plumbing was slow. Lights blew out on the last night dousing lights in two rooms. The lounge chandelier featured a large hole in the plaster ceiling. And the internet was essentially nonfunctional. We were promised high-speed internet and depended on it as we were working while there. I was tremendously hampered by this last item. In all, a poor experience.

I can only say that our stay at the vacation rental was excellent. The whole experience with NYHabitat has been wonderful and we will use your service again in the future when needed.

We stayed in the vacation rental in Earl's Court, London, from 24-28 January and had a great time. Don't remember the apartment number, but it was [3] bedroom and was excellent.

The accommodation was clean, well furnished, well located and the reception staff were courteous, efficient and helpful. The only small complaint was that while there were 3 bathrooms, there was only sufficient hot water for 1......very English!

We will use your places again, and most definitely recommend your service.

The apartment was very comfortable and the location was excellent. The welcome was warm. Having to leave at 10:00 in the morning is a bit early, maybe at 12:00 would have been better. Thank you very much for this rental: comfortable, luxurious and excellent price considering the overall quality. We will recommend your services to our friends (have already!!!)

The apartment we rented in London was wonderful. It was very roomy and comfortable. Everyone who worked [at the vacation rental] was very helpful. The apartment was better than we expected it to be. The location was convenient to the subway and LOTS of GREAT restaurants. We had some of the best meals of our whole trip walking distance from the apartment.

My only suggestion would be to have small amounts of the following items stocked in the apartment so we didn't have to rush to the store right away:
paper napkins
paper towels
dish soap for hand washing dishes
laundry soap

We enjoyed the apartment very much. The location is great especially relative to the train/tube. Several small casual restaurants in the neighborhood.

The kitchen was in very good condition including refrigerator and washer/dryer.

The furnishings need updating if it will continue as a rental. Also the windows could use some screens.

Staff was helpful and no issues.

We really enjoyed our stay in your London apartment. It was central to what we wanted to see and to transportation. The people on site were friendly and helpful when we arrived and when we left. The apartment was large and nicely appointed. We would recommend it to our friends.

We rented a property in London. It was a three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment. The apartment was huge, absolutely lovely. All three bedrooms were elegant and had plenty of closet space as well as completely up to date bathrooms. The living areas were well furnished and comfortable - the kitchen, in particular, was well equipped and bright.

The location could not have been better for our party; we were visiting a close friend who lived literally around the corner in Barkston Gardens.

The owners were helpful and courteous. The only complaint I have was that the windows in the kitchen and some of the bedrooms were drafty but the heat in the apartment was warm and made up for that.

I would most definitely recommend your company and would have no hesitation using you again to book another property.

My experience with NY Habitat was top of the line. From the booking to the check out. We enjoyed the apartment so much. We found the location, decor, service, appliances, and everything to be WONDERFUL. We would definitely look at rebooking upon a return trip to London!
