New York Apartment - 2 Bedroom Rental in Harlem (NY-14210)

This 2-bedroom duplex apartment is located on the 3rd and 4th floors (considered 2nd and 3rd floors by Europeans) of a 4-story walk-up townhouse in Harlem, Manhattan. There are two entrances to the apartment: on the 3rd floor a door leads to the master bedroom, and on the 4th floor a door leads to the hallway of the apartment. There are laundry facilities in the apartment.

On the 3rd floor of the apartment you will find the master bedroom of the apartment (bedroom 1). The room has hardwood floors and 3 windows with a northern exposure of green backyards. Moreover, just two blocks west from the rental you will find the excellent Best Yet Market on 118th Street and Frederick Douglass Boulevard for convenient grocery shopping. Frederick Douglass Boulevard is also where you will come across great restaurants and bars. Moca Bar and Grill, which has a laid-back vibe, and Billie's Black, which offers some proper Harlem soul food, are just 3 blocks away.
