The apartment is well-located and the rooms layout is good. However, the furniture and the equipment are old: from the sofa to the stove, no to mention the household linen and the rusty kitchen utensils. The bed is larger than the mattress in the master bedroom, toilets are old... The access to the apartment is not easy, the intercom doesn't work so you have to go downstairs to open the door to the delivery man or your guests... There was no inventory of fixtures when we arrived and the apartment was not clean. The cupboard and the closet were packed with stuff. Sheets were dirty. Despite our many requests, the landlady did not install protections on the windows to keep my children safe. It is necessary to mention that the apartment is on the 2nd floor. The landlady is stressful, hysterical and doesn't respect her guests privacy. She takes the liberty of coming into the apartment at anytime. Besides, she is dishonest, she didn't return the deposit when we left but one month and a half after, so that she could renovate the apartment entirely arguing that it was dirty at the end of our stay. Even though we already paid a cleaning fee when we left. I wouldn't recommend this rental. |

I am not dishonest as stated by Maty! My agreement clearly states that I have 30 days to return the Security Deposit balance. But due to the condition in which they left the apt. there was a delay in returning the deposit. Upon Maty's departure a few of the apt. appliances, fixtures and other amenities were either broken, torn, stained or damaged in some sort of way by herself, her babysitter, her mother, husband or children. It was difficult repairing and replacing many of the articles damaged by them. I could not stop my life due to Maty's neglect; the delay in receiving her refund was her fault. I truly wish she would have given me my apt back in the condition in which she received it. |
