We're not sure what is more appealing in this rental - the studio apartment itself or the building its found it. Located in downtown Manhattan in the Financial District, this 11-story mid-rise apartment building has more amenities than most - obviously there is a 24-hour doorman and an elevator, but there is also a fitness center with an indoor lap pool, exercise room, a deluxe Jacuzzi, a sauna and more! Check out the magnificent views from the rooftop terrace at night...or during the day, when you can enjoy the cabanas and reflecting pool. You can get to know your neighbors in the library with a lovely fireplace, or the billiards room. Alternatively catch a movie in the private screening room! at some point, you can return to the 8th floor where your studio is situated.
Black and white contrasting décor adds to the modern feel of this apartment. Wide open with room 11 foot high ceilings, a set of oversized windows allow in plenty of light from an 8th floor vantage point. Facing north, you can see many of the neighboring high-rises in the downtown area. The furnishing are simple, with an edgy flair -- check out the geometric headboard on the queen size platform bed. The white sofa in front of the windows faces the open kitchen area, equipped with high-end appliances from Gagganau, Liebherr and Miele. A wide Ceasarstone countertop provides ample space for preparing dinner or serving it, with bar stools stashed underneath. There is also a washing machine and dryer hidden discreetly in a closet. Even the bathroom is unique, with double washbasins and a rainfall glass shower.
This furnished apartment is located on Fulton Street, just 6 blocks from the South Street Seaport and the East River. This area is home to many corporate headquarters as well as iconic New York monuments. Battery Park is 2 subway stops away, a great jogging spot, and also where you can catch a ferry to Staten Island and the Statue of Liberty. The historical Financial District is walking distance from Wall Street, as is Trinity Church and St Paul's Church. Public transportation is particularly convenient, with the A/C/J/M/Z and 2/3/4/5 subway stops all within 2 blocks of this furnished New York City accommodation, making it easy to get uptown or to Brooklyn.
