The apartment was ok in away but there wasn't a bell at the entrance so it was difficult for us to get our mails thrice we had to go to UPS to retrieve our messages because each time they come they knock at the door and when there is no response they go. |

Thank you for the suggestions. Since we are in the process of upgrading certain amenities in the building, an intercom will be the best option. The location of the apartment mostly attracts students, therefore, a bigger flat screen TV is not necessary as most people prefer the internet service. It will not be practical to have a large TV, especially since space is a luxury in New York City. |
