I lived here for two months this summer with two friends and could not recommend this apartment more highly! It is very spacious, well set up, and came stocked with all the necessary amenities (sheets, towels, body wash, shampoo, kitchen instruments incl coffee maker and blender, and more!). We were all working from home during this period, so it was really wonderful to have such a nice apartment. The neighborhood is quiet, picturesque, and has a number of nice cafes/restaurants/etc.; it's also an easy subway ride to Manhattan or downtown Brooklyn. The owner was very helpful, nice, and communicative; he immediately fixed any problems that came up. The only word of caution is that the fourth bedroom -- which is the only one without a window AC unit -- got pretty hot during the day, so I wouldn't recommend having someone live there during the hotter days in the summer. |

Joshua, thank you very much for taking the time to review your apartment rental experience in Brooklyn. We are glad to read you enjoyed both the apartment, how spacious and comfortable it is, even if one of the four bedrooms gets hotter than the rest of the apartment, and the neighborhood. Clinton Hill is indeed a wonderful place. Thank you also for your warm commendation on this apartment owner. He is indeed very helpful and likes to make sure his tenants are well taken care of. |
