Small, very noisy (street side), and full of mosquitoes that seem to come out of the bathroom ventilation. Would be a great location if two lanes of 2nd Avenue weren't blocked for subway construction work, but now there's a honking of horns night and day on both 2nd Ave and on 74th which is often filled with blocked traffic. Laundry never worked in 3 weeks (problem with prepaid - and non-refundable - cards). Good cable tv selection and good wifi. But even so, absolutely not worth the price. |

Thank you Kirsten for your review. We are the #1 provider in furnished apartments in Manhattan so my deepest apologies for your issues and concerns during your stay. At the beginning of your stay, our team received an email regarding noise and you requested to be in the back of the building. During that time all of our rear facing apartments were occupied and at this time the city is working on the 2nd avenue subway line that could take a bit more time to complete. Also, it was asked to add a larger table but we did not have a dining table that would fit comfortably in the living area. Later, I informed you I would alert you once a rear facing apartment was available. |
