This one-bedroom apartment is ideally located in the Lower East Side of Manhattan, located on Rivington and Chrystie Streets. The low-rise, 19th century walk-up building has been renovated and offers several amenities, including a gym and laundry facilities, as well as a full-time doorman and vending machines. You enter the apartment into the living room, with a flat screen wall-mounted TV and a sofa that you can unfold to a queen size bed. You’ll be near many trendy shops, restaurants, and bakeries, like the famous Parisi, which offers freshly baked, delicious breads since 1903. Don’t miss out on the numerous cultural opportunities in the vicinity—the Angelica Film Center, the Landmark Sunshine Cinema, the New Museum of Contemporary Art and the Chrystie Street Ballet Academy are all nearby! If you want to go for a jog or simply get a breath of fresh air, head to the Sara D. Roosevelt Park, which is right around the corner. Adjacent neighborhoods include Nolita, Soho, and Chinatown. If you wish to explore the rest of Manhattan, or even the other boroughs of New York City, the subway is just steps away. The closest stations are Bowery (J train) and 2nd Avenue (F train).
