This beautiful and unique triplex is located in the Park Slope area of Brooklyn, New York on Dean Street & 4th Avenue. It is a five-story walk-up townhouse furnished with modernized furniture, three terraces, two and a half bathrooms, a washer and dryer and a utility closet available for extra storage space. The rooms are located on the third, fourth and fifth floors (considered the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor) of the townhouse. There is also a central alarm system (ADT) on the outside of the terrace sliding doors. Each of the double and sliding doors of this apartment will provide you with natural and plenty of light!
On the third floor are the three stylish bedrooms, each placed on hardwood floors.
In bedroom #1, there is a king-sized bed and two double-sized doors, giving you a view of the Brooklyn streets below. There is also a white closet with multiple shelves and spaces to hang up your clothes, store your shoes, ties and even your hats. Bedroom #3 is furnished with a double bed and it leads to the terrace, giving you a view of the garden.
For larger groups, a unfoldable single size chair bed is available, as well as air mattresses.
The fourth floor contains the kitchen, living room and an office for your benefit! The open kitchen has a washer and dryer and all the essentials needed: a refrigerator, an oven, freezer, dishwasher, toaster and coffeemaker. It is laced with light hardwood floors and the cabinets are covered in a buttery color, adding a bright touch to the kitchen. Walking from the open kitchen will guide you into the stylish living room. The living room has a bookshelf, a TV, two grey couches, a coffee table and a dining room table that seats up to six people. There are also four large sliding doors that lead you right onto the terrace and gives you a great view of the garden! This terrace has a small table and two chairs so you can soak up the sun and relax outdoors!
The office has a desk, printer and copy machine ideal for a working space. There is also a sleep chair available for an extra person staying over and an en-suite bathroom for your convenience. Each bathroom in this three bedroom apartment has white tiled walls. Bathroom one has a sliding door for the shower and bathroom two even has a Jacuzzi for your luxury! The double doors in this office can provide you with pleasant views of outside as you are working. The fifth floor of this apartment contains the third large terrace and a barbecue grill ideal for a party or social gathering with friends! It has a wooden table that seats up to six people and provides a view of the peak of the One Hanson Place (Williamsburg's Savings Bank). A utility closet for extra storage space is also available.
As you begin to explore this Park Slope neighborhood of New York City, you will find many restaurants and shops. A couple of blocks down is the busy and popular Atlantic Ave, where you will have a variety of places to choose from, such as Buffalo Wild Wings, the Atlantic Terminal and other shopping areas. The Barclays center is also on Atlantic Avenue (0.4 miles or 600 meters away), which is a newly renovated arena (2012) that showcases the NBA Nets games and also hosts concerts! About a mile away (1.6 km) is Cobble Hill where you can go fine dining, relax at the Cobble Hill park and admire the 19th century homes around. Neighboring Cobble Hill is Carroll Gardens where you can enjoy shopping in designer boutiques!
If you need to get further around this popular area, the nearest trains are the 2,3,4,5,B,D,N,Q and R trains on Atlantic Avenue and Pacific Street (only 2 blocks away). The Atlantic Terminal (westernmost stop) on the Long Island Rail Road's (LIRR) Atlantic Branch is also very close (0.2 miles / 350 meters).
