This cozy studio apartment is located in the Upper West Side of Manhattan, New York on 105th Street and Central Park West. It is a walk-up apartment on the top floor of this three-story building (equivalent to the 4th European floor) and it is conveniently located right across from the popular Central Park! This studio is approximately 250 sq ft (approx 23 m2) and it has all the amenities needed for a comfy home. There is also a portable air conditioning unit to cool the room and a buzzer/intercom system to allow entry to guests (or food delivery!).
As you walk inside this studio apartment, there is a furnished queen-sized bed to your left and a dark-colored dresser across from it. In this space there are ceiling lights and four windows to bring in plenty of light and sunshine, as well as offer the benefit of views from the top floor in the building! There is also a small table to the right side of the bed and a closet as well to hang up your clothes and other belongings (iron provided). A dropleaf dining table and a wall-mounted television are to the right of the bed and conveniently to the left of this bed is a full-size refrigerator to complete the kitchen area.
The kitchen has light hardwood cabinets to match the décor and tone of this apartment. With more appliances than most studios, there is a refrigerator, gas stove and oven, microwave, coffeemaker and utensils available here. Adjacent to the kitchen is the bathroom. This bright bathroom has soft colored, tiled walls, both a shower and a tub and white cabinets under the sink to store your items. There are wash cloths available for your comfort and two mirrors located above the toilet and the sink.
As you step outside of this cozy studio apartment, you will be greeted by several parks. Aside from the charming Central Park, Riverside Park also runs near this apartment. In Riverside Park, you have the Hudson River Greenway, a serene walkway running from West 72nd all the way to West 129th Street, where you can take a stroll and take in the beautiful scenery as it evolves. On 5th Avenue, between 103rd and 104th Street, you can explore the Museum of the City of New York. They have a variety of group tours available and historical exhibitions of New York City. If you want to indulge in some shopping, there are plenty of stores on Broadway to explore. For music lovers, the Smoke Jazz & Supper Club is open on 105th Street and Broadway. This is a great spot to go out with your friends and enjoy the nightlife of the Upper West Side!
To further explore New York City, you can take the 1 train on 103rd Street and Broadway to remain on the West Side. Even closer are the B and C trains located on 103rd Street and Central Park West, which branch off after Columbus Circle, allowing you to travel to the different areas of Manhattan.
Please note that while this building is a 3-story walk-up, there are stairs that lead down to the entrance outside, so it may seem more like a 4th-floor apartment.

My experience overall was pretty good. My only complaints were that the vent in the bathroom was pretty ineffective (I think it hadn't been cleaned in a while), and the only trash can was too small. Other than that, it was great! |

Generally very good. Owner was great, very helpful any time there were problems. The only things that were not great were the loud and annoying noises from the heating system and from the neighbors (not in the building - the condos the next building over). |
