The apartment is nice for a short stay, could have been equipped with better equipment, particularly for the sofa which was dirty and not very confortable. Rooftop views are great. The neighborhood is OK with bars and restaurants on the 9th Avenue. A few supermarkets in the area but need to walk 10 mn. |

Although the management staff was acceptable, the condition of the trash room on the floor was deplorable. I had suggested that they put in cameras to figure out who was leaving open garbage (Chute was right there) with open food containers right on the floor and fine them or evict them. It was a constant health hazard. Also, laundry room, machines and conditions were very unclean. For the kind of money they charge, one would expect better. |
