Overall, the apartment was as expected and the listing was worth the rent price (especially given how expensive NYC is). I appreciated that amenities including sheets and towels were provided. A few things to note: |

First and foremost, I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience living at my home. Although I do my best to make each tenant stay comfortable and enjoyable, there are things that come with being a homeowner that are beyond my control and I always worked expeditiously to repair any issues in a timely manner. Your remark about the furniture being cheap, is a matter of taste. I know that I only purchase items that I personally would use myself and know the quality is far from what was previously mentioned. I think it's worth stating that the photos online clearly show a studio apartment with 14 ft ceilings. This space is limited to a sofa, book shelves, an eating counter and two benches. Desk space was never advertised or guaranteed. |
