Fantastic appartment with a great view and nicely located in the UWS. Landlord Vinessa is very helpful and kind. The apartment has plenty of windows and so plenty of light during the day, with a beautiful view of NY. The double windows help keep the noise minimum even though you are in a corner apartment. The apartment has everything you need in terms of amenities and everything you need around. |

Thank You Arthur for your review of your stay at 86th street. The year 2020 was certainly challenging, and I am so happy you felt comfortable and at home in New York, far away from your home in France, during such a scary time. I too wish you could've stayed longer... it would be my pleasure to see you again. Thank you to NY Habitat for finding me such a wonderful tenant! |

Apartment Experience: The apartment experience overall was positive. The greatest positive was Vinessa and her husband. Vinessa is a lovely person and was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay, as was her husband. She is a true New Yorker and guided us to great New York experiences. It was great to chat with her and she was flexible and understanding of our particular circumstances. She was trustworthy in our dealings with payments and overall a great owner. |

I had a great stay in this apartment! It's located in a really nice residential area with two supermarkets nearby, plus the 1 train is only a block away- very convenient. You can find just about anything you need in this neighborhood. The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious with high ceilings and windows- and I absolutely loved the loft bedroom area! I don't have any complaints about my stay here. |
