This studio is located in Little Italy/SoHo area in downtown Manhattan, between Mulberry Street and Grand Street, in the heart of Little Italy neighborhood. The studio is on the 3rd floor (equivalent to the 2nd European floor) of a building with an elevator. The building also has handicap access, terrace, and laundry available. 

Please note : The ground floor of this building shares space with a restaurant which can be noisy at times.

You are going to enjoy living in this fully furnished studio in New York. It has an open kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, and a microwave. You can have easy access to public transportation: there are three subway stations available in less than half mile (0.8 kilometers). Canal Street stations for trains 4 and 6, J and Z, and N, Q, R, and W are about 0.3 miles (0.5 kilometers) away.
